Again the Year has just seemed to have flown by yet almost at the same time not feel like it did! Already this year is about over and the dreaded tax season is almost upon us again. Oh my! Hopefully this year has treated you all well and we are so looking forward to hearing from you again soon!

As per the last mass email that we sent, there is an Ongoing Litigation going on and the BOI Form do not have to be filed if you don’t want to, their Alert on the website states as follows : 

In light of a recent federal court order, reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the order remains in force. However, reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit beneficial ownership information reports.

So no, you do not have to fill out that form but you can if you want to and many have just in case. We support whatever decision you wish to make on that front.

Changes

Unfortunately with the changes in the economy, we are having to make changes here at the office too. We are sad to say that no longer can we send returns without payment for services first, our client base has grown as has our office and these changes not only help us keep things running smoothly but also helps us make sure everything goes through in a smooth and timely manner for you. 

We also now have a website, for those of you that don’t know,  and we will try to keep any new information we come across on there. We will also have the Organizers (Small Business, Personal, Rentals and so forth) available there for you to download along with important forms you might need.  www.wolfleyaccounting.com
